You will receive the step-by-step PDF instructions and XML parts list files in an email, ya jabroni. The XML file's contents can be uploaded to a Bricklink.com Wanted List to make it easier to find the pieces you'll need.

Instructions also come with a PNG image file so you can create custom stickers/printed tiles of the "Paddys" sign.
