You will receive the step-by-step PDF instructions and XML parts list files in an email. The XML file's contents can be uploaded to a Bricklink.com Wanted List to make it easier to find the pieces you'll need. A PNG File is also included so you can create custom stickers/print of the "Bluth Company" logo.

Before getting the instructions, you can check for the parts you may need by viewing the parts list / XML file over on Rebrickable.
